QA/QC Introduction

Ezhong sets up the quality management department and has established a three-level quality management net. The technique department controls the design quality with fine structure, techniques and common-used spare parts so as to develop new series while the product department effectively manages and uses the material technique equipment and personnel according to the quality management system. Meantime, quality controlling points are set in the key working procedure. "Quality Month" is an activity held each month to establish complete quality files. Customer service center stresses the after-sale service to further make Ezhong more famous.

After testing of operating, bending machines which are produced by Ezhong all meet the relative standard and requirements of accepting commitments. The manufacturing and installation of the whole machine equipment meet the requirements of using characters and acceptance is agreed. We are mostly satisfied with the products quality and service belief of Ezhong.
